- BELINDA THOMSON Added September 22, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We were initially excited about using such a terrific product (before they were on the block), but the experience has been woeful. Good initial sales advice. The initial install date we were given was October, but 10 days from Christmas and we still don't all our windows installed. Installers were sent for 24 hours for a 2 day job. Some glass was left on the truck as they didn't bring correct unloading equipment!! Windows have not been made to spec, with no allowance for easy reveals as per order. We have been given so many excuses, with many calls/emails ignored when trying to find answers. Hopeless communication. Sadly disappointed.

I emailed in and got a reply from Michael within a few hours, the team came out and a month later installed 7 windows and 3 huge sliding doors. They helped me understanding about energy ratings and their product is well above the Australian standards. Price was the most competitive as well. Well done team, highly recommend.

It was a difficult job requiring a crane for large upstairs window+doors but all went very smoothly+has made a huge difference in noise reduction+increasing thermal efficiency.
The Thermotek team were great to deal with,very helpful+professional-I highly recommend them.
