  If I could give no stars I would. I sat in the coffee machine section for 10 minutes with not a single employee taking notice. It wasn’t peak hour, maybe 10 customers in store. I wanted to buy a $1000 coffee machine. I went and asked for assistance - the long haired guy behind the counter called for someone (he wasn’t doing anything so no idea why he couldn’t of help). I waited another 10 mins the left. I ended up driving to Harvey Norman in broad meadows (20min away) and was up sold to a $1600 coffee machine.
  
  The staff at this store don’t care. Will never spend my money there ever again

  Went in as my old Xbox headset had died, guy at the games counter was amazing, refunded my broken ones no problem & helped me find new ones that suited my use & even looked up reviews to help me find ones that would work & be comfy with my large stretchers. Above & beyond service. Didn’t get his name but great staff member!!

  Very bad experience in store craigieburn. Staff not helpfull . If u buy new item than they Very helpful . But u face any problem after buy nobody listan u. Very bad if any options to give negitive star I will give to store

  Never have I seen a store that is more concerned with socialising with each other then customer assistance.
  This store needs a serious look at by management.
  Walked out even after finally been served by an un manned check out.
  Then waited for ever for item to be located which continued with more stuff cuddling and no interest.

  JB used to be a place that people loved to visit to buy music and all of the staff were helpful and knowledgeable.
  Those days are long gone.
  
  I went in this afternoon to pick up a click and collect. Surely the point of click and collect is that it's quicker and easier for both the consumer and the staff and the retailer. You place your order and then several hours later you go to the store and show the email confirming your order is ready and then leave.
  
  Today I learned that the weakest part of this system is the humans involved.
  I waited for about 10 minutes at the click and collect counter while 3 or 4 staff members served 1 customer. While that was happening another staff member announced several times that the store would be closing in "15 minutes", "8 minutes". "5 minutes".
  Other sales staff clocked off for the day and walked straight past the checkout counter.
  When it was finally my turn to be served the staff member serving me had to be told to serve me and then was told to not worry about the transaction that he wanted to make until finalising his customers transaction.
  
  These weren't kids, they were all mid to late 20's and this isn't unusual in JB HiFi it almost seems like it is a store policy that their staff are required to be disinterested, inattentive and painfully slow.
  Those TikTok videos aren't an exaggeration they are almost documentary worthy.
  
  I guess next time I'll just get what I need elsewhere.
