Emailed - no response for 2 days.
Called - after explaining multiple times I wasn't an ebay customer - they find my order and ship it.
Paid for Toll ipec courier, got auspost instead.
Top it off sent to the wrong address (billing, instead of shipping).
Worst ordering experience .. ever.
