After being a customer for years to now be refused service for not wearing a mask (whilst no other customers were around and your staff were safely stood behind plastic screens wearing their masks) is atrocious. Let me point out that having dirty used pens for 'checking in' pose more health risks to your staff and customers than me standing 1.5 metres from anyone else.
