  Had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen for my scheduled appointment and then they try and rush you out of your appointment. I went in for my 22 weeks Pregnancy Check up and I saw a doctor instead of one of the midwives. Instead of my next appointment being scheduled for 4 weeks time, she pushed it out for 6 weeks time. Like WTF?? That's a long wait until the next check up!!! Receptionists are usually friendly. But people don't really know about the new ticket system.

  Oncology doctors, , nurses and reception staff are wonderful. Very caring and professional. Would give more then 5 stars if possible !

  I am 29 week pregnant .one of clerk lady called me for tommorow appointment and yelling me about money in phone .she was shouting me to pay 350 dollar and she is telling and yelling that nothing is free.she was very rude .she told us we were 4 bills back .i was just about to ask date of services because I never seen doctor in this hospital .i only got telephone call and invoices and I send invoices to insurance company and they texted me it’s all are paid .
  She is too much unprofessional and unethical .she is yelling about about money and she is shouting ...finally I decided to cancel my appointment

  Hi guys, if you have an appointment here, you will wait 1:30 to 2 hours, the most of negative feedbacks are for this waiting time, so you should bring an iPad, laptop, headphones, magazine, etc to fill up your time. Don't stare at the screen which shows appointment numbers. As long as you sit in the specific area (the reception person guides you, but they don't tell you will wait 2 hours!!), doctor can find you.
