I was talking to the lady at the front but the other lady at the back had to jump in the conversation and me rude about it. Face masks are recommended in Victoria and not mandatory and this clinic is charging its own patients $1 for a mask. What a great way to make money.
- San Deep Added June 12, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was sick I tried to make appointment with Dr but receptionist refused to do because I hadn't been to the clinic from the last two years, she hang up and blocked my number , I can't believe with that , because I tried call again my call wasn't gone through but I tried with different number then ring going. that much time she had to do so , I don't know is it doctor gives this type of training to their staff or they had that much professional skills byself to deal with in community service. Well done guys, you guys fantastic, keep doing that so that your clinic will shut soon.
